Beethoven was meticulous about his daily coffee. He'd count out exactly 60 coffee beans grind and place them in a filter atop a container and pour hot water over them. Without modern processing, those 60 beans yielded a potent brew.
He also suffered from chronic stomach pain.

Seven decades ago, the British people put in place a system that treats health care as a human right. Today they live longer than Americans, infant mortality is lower, and they spend half of what we do on health care.
