BREAKING: There are finally consequences for hate. Shiloh Hendrix, the woman caught on a viral video terrorizing a Black autistic child with a barrage of vile racial slurs in Rochester, has officially been found GUILTY.

The judge didn’t fall for the excuses. Hendrix has been sentenced to probation, a $1,000 fine, and mandatory community service.

For too long, MAGA extremists have tried to claim that “Freedom of Speech” is a blank check to harass, demean, and traumatize our most vulnerable neighbors. But today, the court sent a loud and clear message: Hate speech that crosses into harassment is NOT protected by the Constitution.

Imagine being a child—an autistic child—just trying to exist in public, only to be met with the kind of vitriol that belongs in the 1900s. It is disgusting, it is shameful, and in the state of New York, it is CRIMINAL.

BREAKING: REVISIONIST HISTORY! The Pentagon quietly deleted four dead American soldiers from its official casualty count — and the reason is STAGGERING.
On Wednesday, the Pentagon's own website reported 18 American service members killed in the Iran war. By Thursday, that number had mysteriously shrunk to 14.
The four soldiers erased from the official count weren't administrative errors. They were real people: 1st Lt. Tyler James Feehan, 25; Sgt. Angel S. Rampersad, 28; Pvt. Isabella Gonzales, just 19 years old — all killed last week in an Iranian ballistic missile attack in Jordan — and Sgt. Michael Emmanuel Swinton, 30, who died in Iraq disarming an Iranian attack drone.
Three separate military officials told the New York Times exactly why they vanished from the tally: because their deaths came after Trump declared a "ceasefire" back in April. A ceasefire that, inconveniently, never actually stopped anyone from dying.
Try to let that sink in without your brain exploding. Real American service members died fighting a war Trump insists is over. So instead of acknowledging that his "ceasefire" was fiction, the Pentagon simply removed their deaths from the books.
Acting Pentagon spokesman Joel Valdez offered a different excuse entirely, blaming "temporary data disruptions" and later "site anomalies" — contradicting his own military officials' explanation while accusing reporters of trying to "politicize the sacrifices of America's finest warriors."
This is the same Pentagon that withheld information about Iranian strikes in Jordan that injured dozens of troops and damaged multiple helicopters. The same administration that hasn't held a major briefing on this war since early May. The same Trump and Hegseth who built their entire political brand attacking Biden over the 13 deaths at Abbey Gate, with Trump declaring on camera, "They died because of Biden and Kamala. They died just like if they pulled the trigger."
Now let’s apply that same standard here. Nearly five months into a war Trump promised would take five weeks. American troops still dying under a "ceasefire" that exists only in press releases. And when the death toll becomes politically inconvenient, the numbers just quietly disappear.

Retired Lt. Gen. Ben Hodges said it plainly: "The administration seems to have a real hard time being honest about what is going on."

These aren't statistics. They're American families burying their children. And the Pentagon tried to make them disappear with a spreadsheet update. It’s not only intellectually dishonest. It’s morally reprehensible.

The internet never forgets and neither do the voters of America. If you are killing their children and saying nothing, you are a monster.

Jessica: Yes it is true. Here are three facts that you cannot refute. Newsom signed a hospice licensing moratorium in 2021. The Trump administration replicated it in 2026. The Trump administration even praised Newsom's crackdown on EBT fraud. They had an 80% drop. And then there is the elephant in the room, which is that Donald Trump has either commuted the sentences of or pardoned people who have defrauded American people through the medicare and medicaid system to the tune of almost $2 billion. So they want us to take RFK JR or Donald Trump seriously when they talk about fraud and they are pardoning the fraudsters themselves. That reeks to me.
