We were already fucked with the onslaught of oversaturated content in feeds that people mindlessly consumed.
This will inevitably push people to be more skeptical of content and look for more real connection.

1) do it
2) pivot
3) hire someone else to do it
4) quit
At any point in time.
There’s a difference between not trying at all, fraud, and things not working out exactly as you planned.
I dunno… it’s been a few years since pandemic and there are trends towards more IRL and more coworking. Check google trends.
They may not return to pre-internet or pre-pandemic levels. And I think these things take many years to play out in full.
But, for example, in an age of infinite AI music, I think people will value live and concerts more. Humans are lazy, but they also value scarcity and status and social validation.

Would prefer a different path to accelerate.
But we’re headed straight into creative displacement.
Future generations will still have creatives that matter. But we live through some period where something is lost.
