With the National Living Wage rising to £12.21 per hour for over 21's, that gives an Annual "Salary", for a 35-hour week, of £22,220.....so how come I, on only the State Pension, am supposed to manage on £13,615? I pay the same prices for Utilities, Council Taxes, Food, etc...
