Your setup, @zoink is why I keep working in pro creative software. We have to build the space for the next generation to learn, build skills, and play in an open ended creative environment. We have to give them room to get good at something. You get it. But I agree … few do. Fewer and fewer as tools get faster and more hands off.

@skuwamoto Great article @skuwamoto. This article does a great job of showing how – ideas are great, but it takes actual hard work to take what matters over the finish line. So many teams/organizations give up when the answer's not obvious.
hint: if it's easy it's probably not awesome.
