@BradleyWarnock TRAX trains have to go through door loop cycle each time they depart, which can take up to 30 seconds. What may look like a stalled train, can often be a train it the departing process. So we can look at this specific incident, what time were you boarding at Courthouse?

@RideUTA Last time I rode the train downtown, I stepped off the train and trax left while my group of fellow passengers is walking across the plaza. Next train 8 minutes. Nuts. Be cool. Wait for people to walk 30 seconds of the train is there.

@RideUTA Sorry. Not good enough. If I am standing on the deck pressing the button, the door should open. There were a handful of us standing outside the car. He even adjusted his position for a wheelchair on the other side (said the platform help) and still did not open. Unbelievable.
