-Markelle Fultz’s mysterious shoulder injury
-Not re-signing Jimmy Butler
-Never having a strong back up center/non Embiid playoff minutes
-Keeping Brett Brown too long
-Giving Tobias Harris a max
-Giving Horford a bag
-Hiring Doc Rivers
-Fumbling the Rockets/Sixers Harden trade in 2020 (Could have had pre injured hamstring harden)
-Being a 1 seed and trading for 35 year old George Hill at the deadline
-Not paying James Harden

-KJ Martin balloon deal FAILURE
-Not trading Yabu, despite having hella value and the Sixers were simultaneously tanking the season . All to not even bring him back.
