@thereal1tak1@DDGVerse Oh you mean on his wiki that lists 1 platinum Riaa song that featured Blueface at the height of bluefaces fame which he piggybacked off of. Cmon man yall are too dumb
@muskablo@DDGVerse He has 1 song, moonwalking in calabasses that went 2x platinum and FEATURED blueface who was a huge artist at the time. 1. He also has 4 failed albums and has never headlined a tour. I swear you internet weirdos are dumb asf
@Andresthoughts@TheQuartering@patrickbetdavid Yea we should totally not base our decisions on merit/exp/interview performance and just pick any old American. Because obviously it’s cheaper to pick an H1B candidate and pay to sponsor them vs just paying an American candidate this wage. Makes sense.
@MistyJernigan17 @TheQuartering@patrickbetdavid Right, instead of having a merit based society we should pick and choose based on country of origin. Are you the best candidate? Sorry you not American so we will just take the 2nd or even 3rd best because at least they are American. Smells like DEI to me…
@juangaltin@TheQuartering@patrickbetdavid Or… they interviewed people in South Florida and this person was… the best for the job. But instead of hiring on a meritocracy we should take a page out of the lefts book and hire based on country of origin. Makes sense.
@TheQuartering@patrickbetdavid So we should implement the same practices as DEI and base the decision for employment on country of origin instead of merit/skills/experience? Makes sense.
The average tech salary for H-1B workers was 129k in 2022. Add the cost of sponsorship and filing, this whole conversation sounds ridiculous. H-1B salaries are 2.8% higher than US salaries according to Glassdoor. Calling the wealthiest ethnicities cheap labor is just stupid.
@Jackson_STwall@AutismCapital If you think it’s cost effective to retrain employees every two years when they don’t win the green card lottery lol… man y’all really just don’t get much of anything or have any experience in HR and recruiting or understand the cost of hire metric.
@Jackson_STwall@AutismCapital Great hypothetical that actually isn’t the fucking reality. Again, it does not benefit an employer to hire some one only to have to let them go in a couple of years because they don’t win the green card lottery. It is a stop gap due to not being able to target non h1b talent
@Jackson_STwall@AutismCapital And remember when FAANG companies started laying everyone off? They told us we could no longer submit H1B candidates because of budget constraints on their sponsorship.
@VegasMike27@AutismCapital Yes, some Americans are a too stupid. Like the one i would constantly recruit for a FAANG company that would fail the initial coding assessment over and over and over again.
@Jackson_STwall@AutismCapital It’s wild that you can be this fucking stupid. It cost MORE money to sponsor an h1b and then if the don’t win the lottery it costs even MORE money to replace them.
