Is anyone else getting this in Claude Code?

Paste a prompt in and it stops: "this came through as pasted text with nothing typed around it by you." Wants a human-typed yes before it acts.

Started today on two unrelated Max accounts, same time.

Spent my evening debugging Kimi K2.5 on @openclaw , returning "Message ordering conflict" on every message.

Spoiler: the error message is a lie.
