@NZPassports a note of gratitude to you guys. I had a death in the family at the start of June and needed to get on a plane on very short notice. We didnβt have passports for my son or partner. You guys turned these around in 6 hours, which was really incredible. Thank you! π

@SparkArenaNZ At the Wilkinson gig last night. Shambles of crowd organization - not cool for people who have paid for tickets to have to queue for 10+ minutes to get back into the arena after taking a toilet break from or drink break.

@Jetstar_NZ Have you guys changed your system recently? - you really should test it better because the user experience is awful - lots of usability problems.
@Jetstar_NZ worst online booking experience ever - βunknown errorβ twice on payment page when using card followed by the booking info being nuked so had to start again. Finally succeed using PayPal - 45 mins to book a simple itinerary - should take no more than 10 - terrible.
