I think Trump’s a fraud. I don’t think he actually cares about folks. I can’t stomach Trump. I think that he’s noxious and is leading the white working class to a very dark place.
I’m not the one who said this.
That was his running mate — JD Vance.
John Fetterman at the Harris / Walz Rally in Philadelphia just now:
"This election is about moving our country forward with VP Harris and Governor Walz, or a couple of really, really, really weird dudes.
And look, I gotta tell you. I work with JD Vance. I do. And I’m here to confirm that he is a seriously weird dude."
Like Vice President Harris, Governor @Tim_Walz believes that government works to serve us. Not just some of us, but all of us. That’s what makes him an outstanding governor, and that’s what will make him an even better vice president. Michelle and I couldn’t be happier for Tim and Gwen, their family, and our country.
As a reminder for when Republicans inevitably blame this shooting on mental health, 205 of them voted against a bill to expand school mental health services.
🚨🚨🚨TRUMP SHOOTING UPDATE:
The FBI confirms that the Republican who shot Trump used an AR-15.
The SAME gun more than 30 law enforcement officers were AFRAID to confront in Uvalde that left 19 children dead.
The SAME gun that’s been
the weapon of choice in many of the most horrific mass shootings in recent memory, including the Covenant school shooting in Nashville just two weeks ago.
The SAME gun brandished by Republican radicals like Marjorie Taylor Greene and Lauren Boebert.
The SAME gun worn as a pin on the lapels of disgusting GOP lawmakers.
This is what we need to scream everywhere:
If 30 armed officers wearing full tactical gear with ballistic shields are too afraid to confront a single gunman with an AR-15, they SHOULD NOT be in the hands of civilians.
We have the answer. It’s the guns.
BAN ASSAULT RIFLES NOW.
Speaker Mike Johnson’s recent call to “turn the rhetoric down” and “maintain our free society” stands in stark contrast to his actions around January 6th.
- Election Certification Objection: Johnson voted to overturn the 2020 election results, supporting baseless claims of voter fraud.
- Statements Leading Up to January 6th: He echoed Trump’s rhetoric about a "stolen" election, fueling doubts about Biden's victory.
- Post-January 6th Statements: Johnson defended his vote against certifying the election results, citing the Constitution despite court rulings upholding the election’s integrity.
Johnson’s recent calls for calm seem disingenuous given his previous role in stoking division. His newfound rhetoric about unity appears more politically strategic than genuine, especially considering his past actions that undermined democratic processes.
@target shareholders: Stop caving to bigotry and hate! As a customer, I'm disappointed in Target's scaled back and limited Pride collection. I'm joining @moveon and calling on Target to reinstate Pride merch across ALL stores & commit to a fully invested collection next year!
The media will try and hide this so we need to make it go viral. Retweet so even the media cannot ignore the fact that Democrats are excited to reelect President Biden.
This post seems to have triggered the MAGAS. Would be Terrible if you all retweeted it…. The snowflake brigade would melt and we don’t want that…. Right?
BREAKING: US Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito has just announced that he will NOT recuse himself from cases related to January 6. This comes after the outrage over controversial flags flown on his properties.
I just find it a little bit ironic that the same people who want Judge Merchan to recuse himself because his daughter doesn’t like Trump are the ones cheering that Alito isn’t recusing himself after clearly showing his bias for MAGA. You can’t have it both ways. This also goes in the opposite direction as well.

BREAKING: Donald Trump's attorney bizarrely fishes for Stormy Daniels to compliment his golfing talents and to praise him as a famous celebrity.
It looks like Trump wanted very specific questions asked and Daniels humiliated him...
"He did very well at that golf tournament, right?" asked attorney Susan Necheles, referring to the 2006 Lake Tahoe golf tournament where Daniels met Trump.
"I don't remember," Daniels replied.
"President Trump was the biggest celebrity at that golf tournament, right?" weirdly asked Necheles.
"It depends on what you're a fan of," Daniels said.
"A lot of people recognized him, followed him around?" asked Necheles.
"Yeah, a lot of them were paid to follow him around," Daniels mocked. "I don't know."
Necheles also asked Daniels a question about Trump's indictment, to which Daniels humorously replied: "There are a lot of indictments."
As MSNBC contributor Adam Klasfeld, later suggested, the line of questioning was designed to "presumably please Trump" and flatter his ego.
Maybe he should focus less on compliments and more on avoiding prison time.
