Recently we ordered from swiggy and due to some reason payment failed but order got successful 😀.They sent the order and theteafter order got cancelled and cancellation charge added. A 2 way loss for end user. What a great user experience by Swiggy😀 #Swiggy #Zomato #Fraud #Hyd

@SwiggyCares @SwiggyCares As told earlier, once it navigated back to order page, there were no cancellation timer shown as it seems it might get stuck on payment page for more then 60 sec waiting for the status

@SwiggyCares 2.) Seems payment status took longer time then expected, we didnt see cancellation timer once moved backed to order page.
3.) Suspecting of any payment failure, I already contacted Help Center and got a reply saying we didnt see any payment failure.

@SwiggyCares Hi Team, Please investigate the issue keeping in mind the below points as well :
1.) Why order was successful If payment got failed ? You should have cancelled the order If payment is failed. That should be the expected behaviour ( is it some kind of Technical glitch ? 🤔)
