I was a slightly homophobic 13 year old, partially because I suspected (correctly) that parts of my family thought I was gay. I was very active on a few Fallout forums (No Mutants Allowed) and Tim Cain, the creator of the series as much as anyone, would occasionally come over to answer fan questions. He was always extremely polite and patient. When he came out - one of the first men in the industry to do so - my first thought was "oh well I guess gay men are normal, he always seemed really nice."
You reactionary morons do not deserve Fallout, please leave it alone.
@PixelsnPolyg0ns@2kbcompany@SaintMary91@clemmygames The difference is the AAA gaming landscape has evolved with those clones - you can argue that two franchises like Baldur's Gate and The Elder Scrolls both started as "D&D-clones" but theyre fundamentally different now.
This game is like the 10th Ultrakill with zero innovation.
@sidhhartxa@devyfox111@NerdAthleticz@ShitpostRock2 I see your point. What I'm saying is it's easy to say you would press the blue button when you know you're not actually in any danger, safe behind a screen larping Holier than Thou - in a real world scenario, red would win without a doubt because of all the thoughtless people.
@sidhhartxa@devyfox111@NerdAthleticz@ShitpostRock2 I'm saying if this were a real scenario factoring in the entire population of earth, nowhere near as many people would vote to enter a death gamble just for the sake of some moral grandstanding, being entirely realistic, self-preservation is the only option
@sidhhartxa@devyfox111@NerdAthleticz@ShitpostRock2 There is no reason whatsoever to push the blue button beyond "I'm a good person" virtue signalling, a lot of the people voting blue wouldnt even choose that option given a similar scenario.
