@IHGService is supposed to have no blackout dates, but when trying to book @vocohotels in Villach or @InterConHotels in Lubljana or even @IHGEXPRESS in Lubljana for 1 night, none offer reward nights, yet all have spare rooms. What good are points if you can't use them?

@AppCenterStatus The worst is not the outage. This happens. The worst is no update/no outlook. I assume the guy/gal who can solve this is on christmas holiday? Then just tell us: expected to be fixed by January 13th.
