@GoDaddyHelp I've sent you the information... This isn't a reseller login issue -- this is an issue with customers logging in on the reseller website generated by GoDaddy. No customers can access THEIR accounts. I'm getting no support, and I've been on hold for 102 min, orig hold time 59 min.

@godaddyhelp @godaddypro Your reseller websites are not working. No one can login. The websites all give an error when someone tries to input their password about the browser not allowing Java... support is a giant circle of non-help.

@GoDaddyHelp @GoDaddyPro @GoDaddyHelp @GoDaddyPro How is a company of your size incapable of providing reasonable support -- or at a minimum, having a support forum so customers can submit support tickets like other companies? Instead I have to sit on hold for hours listening to terrible elevator music.

@GoDaddyHelp @GoDaddyPro @godaddyhelp @godaddypro When I told the chat agent that I've been on hold for longer than an hour (estimate was 59 minutes) they said to hang up and try to call again in a few hours. Meanwhile no one can log into their accounts. There is no urgency or professionalism here.
