@melissajhogan Blount County Juvenile Court is Monday blowing. Unbelievable how they ignore due process and prosecute parents without even notifying the DCS to investigate or fact check.

@utkcsw From what I've seen come out over the past year, the court officials and employees need more mental health help than anyone else involved with this court and they also need a thorough class about TN's mandatory reporting laws which are being routinely ignored in Blount County TN

An ex-Blount County Juvenile Court Magistrate was indicted last week for allegedly attempting to tamper with evidence on electronic devices belonging to her son when he was on trial in 2023 for child pornography charges.

@DOGE Juvenile courts in TN removing children from their parents for profit. Blount County TN takes children away from unsubstantiated parents without even notifying children's services to investigate then appoints GALS who profit from prolonging the case for years.
