@WeberGrills got a genesis this year and the wind blew it off my patio and damaged it a ton. Found out the wheel locks were always defective. Now customer service is telling me it’s not covered under the warranty and a support rep said their supervisor would call me and never did

@RYOBItoolsusa tried getting a drill bit out of your drill bit set case and it was so lodged in there, when it came free I cut my knuckle along a bit and needed 3 stitches. Every drill bit in the case is extremely difficult to remove since buying it. Definitely a product defect.
