Never Forget, Kalief Browder (May 25, 1993 – June 6, 2015) who was held at the Rikers Island jail complex, without trial, for allegedly stealing a backpack, between 2010 and 2013 when his family was unable to make bail; he was in solitary confinement for two of these years!
Never Forget Kendra James who was shot and killed by Portland, Oregon police on May 5th, 2003 when the car she was driving in was pulled over. Police officer Scott McCollister, who shot Kendra claimed he was unable to operate his pepper spray so he shot her instead!
Never Forget, Antwun “Ronnie” Shumpert, a 37-year-old father of five, who was shot four times by Tupelo police officer Tyler Cook (who was later transferred to the training academy) in June, 2016 after a police dog viciously attacked him, almost mutilating his testicles!
Never Forget, 19 year old LaVena Johnson who was found in her tent in Iraq in 2005. She had a broken nose, black eye, loose teeth, burns from a corrosive chemical on her genitals to cover evidence of rape, and a gunshot wound. The U.S. government ruled her death was a 'suicide.'
