I feel this man. It’s definitely extreme mode. There’s no good answer besides being comfortable knowing that it’s hard. We made some adjustments so I’m remote, wife focuses a bit more on the kids which has been a game changer. My recommendation is optimize to what makes sense for your family only. Sometimes those small changes can unlock unforeseen positive outcomes.
