@Nikki2987 house flipping - prices are all over the place right now, with homes in nice communities ranging from $48K to $1.2m.
finding people to do the work is going to be difficult, but if you can DIY, you can probably make some $
@Nikki2987 it's a gorgeous province with some interesting opportunities - fintech in Moncton, house-flipping everywhere, some interesting innovation in cleantech.
Unless you're in one of the big 3 cities, you'll be rural to very rural (more people on Vancouver island than all of NB)
@Nikki2987 bring cash - while covid changed this substantially, there are so many cash-only businesses throughout NB (mostly restaurants/cantinas, but yeah, don't rely on your debit card to work everywhere)
@Nikki2987 - back to the rural aspect: internet is terrible to very good, depending on where you are. Now that @SpaceXStarlink is shipping units to NB, this helps a ton
@Nikki2987 - bugs - july/aug can get pretty buggy, but nothing like the prairies. Build some bat houses, plant some basil, coriander, and anise, or do what everyone else does - make a smoke.
