@GuelphToday Any info on paediatric mental health beds?After spending 4 days there this month with my 15yr old I can confirm that being “in the middle of a very chaotic, busy, loud, noisy emergency department” is not ideal. Thankful for this funding and hopeful pediatrics is also reviewed.

@HertelHeather @HamHealthSci It is frustrating.I know dad will have the care he needs the nurses are great.But mom is alone in Hamilton.I don't know if I go get her & bring her here or for her to keep isolating.She only goes from her room to his room. It makes me sick to think they'll both be alone for Xmas.

@HamHealthSci Juravinski.We know why & we understand it's for the safety of all the patients on his floor. It just sucks.We are working closely with his social worker & she has been amazing in providing him with an update on what is happening.Just hope my mom can be with him over the holidays.
