We're excited to partner with @PhillyPolice for a new program aiding students impacted by trauma. Thanks to a $1m grant from @DOJBJA Handle With Care will train 300 law enforcement officers and 100 school personnel to recognize and address student exposure to trauma and violence.
This trauma-informed training will equip officers with the tools they need to identify students who may have experienced trauma and connect them with the valuable support services they need within the school environment https://t.co/uigR6NhSkH via @phillyinquirer
