@AskCiti I received my first card in the mail today (no transactions) and a message appeared on my acct from the fraud alert. I called and sat on hold for an hour & during the verification process, for some reason, a text message could not go through to my phone nor my husbands.

@AskCiti then the representative said he would need to call me, despite me saying that I was concerned that we would be disconnected, especially since I have been sitting on hold for an hour. He put me on hold the music started in my phone cut off.. this is insane.

Just got my first @Citi credit card in the mail today and they have already limited the card due to unusual activity..although no transactions are showing. I have now been on hold for 45 minutes bc it says to call them. Not a great first experience.

@pattistanger I’m a married woman, but I’m fortunate to have a passport. There’s a lot of married women (and a divorced women) out there that do not. And they don’t have the money for it. So we have to be able to address that.

@timburchett What’s making people lose faith in Congress is that you don’t objectively speak your opinions. And will sway the narrative based on your party. The government has never had direct control over gas prices..whether they’re high or low. Whether it was the Biden admin or this admin.

@turbotax @turbotax, can you clarify whether the 2025 qualified vehicle loan interest deduction is implemented yet on your self service software? It’s an above-the-line adjustment, but I’m not seeing anywhere to enter it. Appreciate any guidance.
