@UnderTheMayo Yeah it's inspired but the way its designed makes the combat feel way more about being efficient with resources in combat whereas Dead Space is more focused on keeping the action going and trying to overwhelm you with enemies instead of restricting your resources
@agravesmistake It's because the game design itself kind of sucks, the players kind of had to make their own fun. And they only chose to do that because they are horror fans
@AyeItsDave559@BlooberTeam@CronosNewDawn The game is all about being efficient, do the most of amount of killing with the least amount of resources and it gives you the tools and upgrade paths to do that. No other survival horror has quite the same puzzle combat that this one does
@AgreeingBook13 You lack creativity if you think the gameplay is bad, it gives you so many tools to have fun with but if you just play it like a shooter then yes it won't be that fun
@addict_reality@henrylethm They do but headaches are seen as something with a natural cause e.g. i didnt drink enough water, too much caffeine or sugar or a genuine underlying illness that needs a doctor's visit.
Shop bought drugs are a last resort and temporary and honestly mainly for hangovers.
@Mr_Hector1906 Nemesis isn't that much faster, re3 is just slower the tank controls make it feel that way. You're probably just more skilled at third person controls so it will feel easier to escape Mr X over Nemesis but X has a more sophisiticated system behind him
@ohelkite It might not capture the spirit of the original with total accuracy, but it's still the best translation of survival horror to 3rd person gameplay to date. You can't name better
