@Redwinelips@saiyanhajime AI has been out for years, where has this higher creativity been? The most creative things have been revolutionary that don't rely on having to take inspiration from the big works in their genre.
@sham_exe I think it also has to do with this idea of only getting inspired by the things in your "genre". Whereas Pokemon was inspired by real life things like bug catching, not just other video games.
Kinda like how LOTR was inspired by a ton of things vs a novel JUST inspired by LOTR.
@snackbones Shoutouts to Kubo for somehow TEARING HIS SHOULDER from overworking and still soldiering through the final arc at the level of quality he gave us.
@3SkullJoe What is with this sort of pretentiousness that always rears its head EVERY TIME there's somebody that has issues or criticism? For crying out loud, having a different opinion than you doesn't make them less of a op fan than you.
@pharoahsangle@tsvnxmi@Subzerok1lr@CineClaire@kookynutcasenig Not going to lie, all of this just kind of makes me think about how people are pro AI, because it just gives them different things that they want, without any regard as to if those things are good or not.
