@heinn_dev Don’t I know it. I’m used to flat emission/color ramp coloring/lighting with VERY low poly but this new project… asks a lot of me. How does one become this good at stylizing anatomy like that?
@pafbarthedweeb Sweet! I’m trying to achieve a similar mesh style for an animation project of my own, but still haven’t escaped the “well that joint wouldn’t overlap/that elbow bend wouldn’t make a bump like that irl” trap. Being talked through the thought process would be a godsend!
@atxmpalmers Stark, sharp shadows, including cast against the BG, basically anything the Bruce Timm Batman cartoon did but the contrast amplified quite a bit
@Ami0Amii Oh that’s a fun idea! I’m on procreate and good lord does procreate love butchering image sharpness when you move or resize anything. Lasso fill tool, my beloved…
This is why barely anyone dances at clubs or gets really excited in public or really tries to express themselves other than online.
Some antisocial person with a smart phone is on standby, ready to capitalize on it for clout or a dollars of revenue sharing.
@ItsDonutsFR My current college project has me using the basic lasso color fill tool and lasso tool, and without having figured out how to get angled circles I went with strictly straight lines haha. Lifesaver!
@ItsDonutsFR Oh excellent! I figured it had something to do with that correctional circle tool to retain the vector math at some point in your process, but drawing the OUTLINE of each “stroke” is not something I’ve thought to do in ages! Thank you!
