I urge Studio S to do better as an organization and be thoughtful about decisions. If they believe in art and discussion, they should respect fair use laws, and do their homework before jerk decisions. If they have a concern, raise it, don't cower behind a digital wall. - David

Six years after starting Breaking Down Bergman, created to promote engagement & support of Ingmar Bergman films, we've received a sudden notice that many old episodes have been pulled down -- without notice -- by Studio S in Sweden. It may risk the future of our channel.

I contacted the owner of Studio S on Facebook to get additional information on what's happening -- hoping they'd retract their copyright claims so we could take down the files and reedit them, instead of getting "strikes" against our account -- and it appears he's blocked me.
