@matt82704417@AllegedlyDank@raumgeist Hi Matt! Can you let me know what the official archive is so we can find it, please?! So many people want to see originals so they can make their own decisions, you know! 🙏 Thank so much!
No one has argued against most of what you are saying here. It's people parsing terms and speculating about the things we can't "know" yet vs relying on the documents we have. The official narrative was broken down very early by Brooksby. The probable cause statements and search warrants stay consistent almost entirely because the PC is used as a template and it aligns with Brooksby's statements... the only outlier is the Miranda at 6:45 p.m., listed in the 258 pg. filing which includes timestamps and time of day that the time stamps represent in the 003996 evidence.
You are suggesting that the miranda being referenced is from 6:25 p.m. on the 12th. Fine. It's has in no way been represented that it is a compelation of video from SBI, FBI, WCSO, UCSO or any combination between them. There is no indication anywhere that UCSO is offering any video evidence for the prelim. There has been no indication that the 003996 evidence is anything other than video from WCSO to show what Tyler was wearing on the 11th in WCSO. But, we are still both speculating.
Based on everything you just showed your work for, Tyler was in Utah County at 6:25 p.m. on the 12th. In that theory for miranda time, we are speculating that LEO continues to ask him if he wants to talk after he had asked for an attorney and after he was arraigned on the morning of the 12th when he was told he would be appointed counsel or temporary counsel was already there; or literally no one attempted to speak to him prior to 6:25 p.m. on the 12th, again after he was arraigned and told he would have counsel provided to him so an additional request for his lawyer wouldn't be unnecessary. Fine. IMO, it suggest at worst there is evidence of nefarious behavior by everyone Tyler came in contact with since he turned himself in; or at best the prosecution is developing their case in bad-faith according to rules of procedure (Utah R. CIV. P. 11, 26, 56). The defense, the judge, nor any court records have indicated any of that.
With my speculation that the time reference to 6:25 p.m. is on the 11th., at worst suggests that Tyler turned himself in before the official narrative suggests. So, there could have been a breakdown through a multiple layered investigative collaboration and someone probably got fired for it (Brooksby?); or the official timeline is being controlled from the top and everyone below that is doing the best they can. They also probably believe in what they are doing enough to be as transparent as possiible.
IMO, your speculations and antics push a way more nefarious narrative than my speculations and antics do. Also, the aggressive stance is unnecessary regardless. Obviously, some people are going to believe what they believe regardless of the substance of a counter arguments. Take care!
Sheriff Brooksby states that the interview room at the WCSO where Tyler Robinson waited to be transfered to Utah County on 9/11/2025 was recorded. The evidence list provided on 4/3/2026 says that video recording from WCSO will be clipped to show from approximately 6:50 - 7:15 on 9/11/2025 to show what Tyler Robinson was wearing. The leaked discord confession was posted at 7:57 Utah time on 9/11/2025.
Per the prosecution's court filings, we know that Robinson was at the WCSO in view of camera by at least 6:50. Why are they limiting the WCSO footage to this time frame when they should have footage of Tyler Robinson in the interview room at 7:57?
This would be the time we can actually see Robinson sending the discord message.
So, we have moved away from court records? You didn't show any reference to them. I thought that's where the official narrative slop was working from 🤷♀️
Your pictures are pretty anyway 😉
FYI - your debunked theory was central to the newest court filing on 6/16/2026, when you have time to catch up. It's literally why I created the posts 😂😉🫡
Yeah, that's the classic push back from people not actually invested in reading the court filing and watching the hearings. Some of us "lost cause investors" are doing the footwork for you instead of regurgitating social media content. I'll try one more time here, but obviously feel free to do what you do as an "investor" 😉.
The (Redacted) Motion to Exclude Still Photographers, TV Cameras and Microphones from the Courtroom submitted on 1/16/2026, and made public on 3/30/2026, specifically spells out the time stamp, the time of day, and the specific Bates code referenced in the evidence list (003996). It's on page 70 of 258, so you can read the entire document for yourself if you'd like.
The footnotes on the developing evidence lists tell you how to read the most current evidence list for the prelim. Seeing that the WCSO video does not have the 1-4 exponent, it lets you know it's not included in videos that are going to be compiled into one exhibit with other videos (for example, what they are doing with ring camera and UVU footage as a categories). If it is a timestamp of the of the video itself, we will know that when we get access at the prelim., but the documents do not suggest that, IMO.
What we do know based on the filings and booking sheet is that Tyler was read and exercised his right to silence at 6:25 - 6:26 p.m. on the 11th at the WCSO. He was arrested at approx. 10 p.m. at the WCSO when Bureau Agents arrived. He was booked in to UT County at 1:58 a.m. on the 12th. I've provided a ton of visual support here, take from it what you will.
Still open to honest discourse, but it's your turn to support your statements if you want to debate it.
@aburkhartlaw has done a huge community service by making many for the filings available to the public through substacks if you want the documents yourself. Check her out!
@HadynWood@cspf1961 I'm agreeing with you too. It's a mess and appears contrived, IMO. I'm also agreeing with @cspf1961. The narrative that it is misleading based on the inconsistant statements about the clothing part of those two documents, in full, side by side is not confusing or misstated.

Lance Twiggs was originally interviewed at WCSO at 1 a.m. on 9/12/2025, which is when the pictures were taken of the text and discord exchanges that are on the evidence list. Sheriff Brooksby said that everything that happened in the interview room with Robinson was recorded. The newly released court filing states that the 1102 recorded statements of Lance Twiggs are from a follow up interview that took place 4/20/2026.
If interview rooms can be recorded at the WCSO (and this is a massive case in Utah), why is is it that the footage from from the original interview with Twiggs is not being introduced as evidence for the preliminary hearing?
That is the footage that would actually show the photographs being taken of Twiggs's phone.
@FAFO_USA@RealCandaceO@baroncoleman Yeah, that's the standard in most states. I'm glad this is giving people the opportunity to see how wild the U.S. justice system can be. At least we know a little bit about what we should be looking for if it makes it to trial.
