Crypto is a try-to-lose-less-than-everyone-else game, disguised as a make-more-than-everyone-else game.
If you're here long enough it's impossible not to stumble into a couple big wins.
The challenge is surviving until the next one comes.
@ApeCosmonaut @jelenaaa____ Why would chains want to be secured by other chains which share the same weak points? Centralization, dilutive tokenomics which undermines security, barely break even vals out of the top 20, excessive downtime. Two weak chains don’t make a strong one
@abratusz@zmanian Main problem is no self bond requirement from vals, they’re price agnostic (majority has no self bond) and hence misaligned with delegators. Minimum 5% self bond for active set validators or get halved inflationary rewards
The Airdropooooor:
> see price at $4
> rush to claim
> chain is down
> watch price in free fall
> panic
> keep trying to sell
> finally txn goes through
> price moons
@ApeCosmonaut And with Celestia around the corner ICS will probably be obsolete couple months after launch, why go ICS when you can launch a rollup with Celestia?
