And yet no one has tabled a motion of impeachment. You can’t be here talking as if you’re as helpless as we are. I’m sorry Edwin, but I’m not buying it.
Hata kama ni pesa.
You allow RSF
You allow the Juba Land Militia
You wanted to allow Adani
You allowed the sale of the Kenya Pipeline
You want to sell Safaricom
You gave out Sugar Factories
You are bringing Ebola to our doors
You brought a dead SHA system.
You are using NSSF Money.
Kenyans deserve justice that is transparent, reasoned, and accountable.
Today, I have petitioned the Judicial Service Commission @jsckenya to investigate three Court of Appeal judges who suspended High Court orders blocking the Kenya-US Health Cooperation Framework, but withheld their reasons for doing so until October 2026.
My concern is not that they ruled against me. It is that an immediately enforceable decision was issued without reasons, effectively frustrating a timely appeal to the @THE_SCOK and denying Kenyans meaningful access to justice.
Judicial independence must be protected. But independence and accountability must go hand in hand. No institution is above the Constitution.

The Ruto government is just too much. These guys wake up every single day just to conjure up more ways to cause pain to Kenyans. I know we are expected to keep government in check as opposition but it’s literally impossible to keep up with the breadth and depth of the capacity for evil these guys have. It doesn’t have to be like this bwana. When we tell you just kicking Ruto out solves 80% of our problems you best believe! Just like he did with Haiti and now Ebola, for the right amount, this one can sell us to the devil himself!
Nothing can come between President William Ruto’s appetite for the finer things in life and his taste for aviation refinement, not even a crisis in his own country, such as the fuel protests that have brought Kenya to a standstill while he enjoyed the epitome of luxury in Baku.

Hiyo matatu strike is not for matatu owners or drivers, it's for you matatu users. Fuel prices zikipanda wanaongeza fare. At the end of the day ni sisi users tunaumia. So wewe unafanya nini stage??
President William Ruto today claimed abroad that his government has NOT taken World Bank or IMF loans for Affordable Housing. That Kenyans funded it locally.
That's a lie. The records I have tell a completely different story.
In 2024 alone, the government received over $250 MILLION linked to housing support from the World Bank. I exposed this months ago here on my X sholla Ard, and I’m attaching the evidence again in the replies.
Example:
• April 28, 2024 - over $6 million disbursed
• Another $7+ million around the same period
• More funding continued after that
• And right now, Kenya is still pursuing another World Bank housing loan
So who is lying to Kenyans?
Because here’s the part that should anger every taxpayer:
Kenyans are being deducted Housing Levy salaries every month.
The houses are NOT free, they are being sold.
Construction materials are tax-free.
And on top of that, foreign loans are still being taken.
So the same project is being funded FOUR different ways while ordinary Kenyans struggle to buy unga, fuel and electricity.
And despite all this money flowing in, the full expenditure data is hidden.
Follow me here - Sholla Ard - as we expose much more that is being hidden. Alot is coming.
I wish to express my solidarity with Kenyans who have to bear the burden of bad governance that has led to the paralysis of the transport sector today.
While we acknowledge that the fuel crisis is a direct result of the war against Iran, every responsible government is taking steps to cushion their citizens from the high cost of living.
As a first step, Parliament should convene immediately to ;
✅exempt all fuel products from VAT;
✅temporarily remove all fuel levies to stabilise the fuel prices:
✅redirect more resources being squandered through budgeted corruption to alleviate the energy crisis.
Let us join hands to liberate this country @UGMParty@Maraga27 #ukombozi
Believe it or not, Mtukufu Lies once admitted that he only grabbed 5 acres of KPC land & wondered why they were not going after his fellow grabbers who had acquired 95 acres. He was like "tuliiba wengi, mbona mnafuata tu mimi?” The thief said he was victimized bcoz he came from a humble background. Owada,, we have seen things in this poor country of ours.
