@LKJ1678 @stephanieW199 @HM_Passport Yes I know that….says on the tracking form up to 2 weeks…and it was a pass sent back as supporting evidence for a child’s passport …i did not have the option to pay 5 for secure delivery ,one min it’s in the post and the next it’s in sorting office.

@HM_Passport HMPO are a shambles ….failed to return my nephews passport as it was sent as supporting evidence ….tried everything to get him a new one and nothing …no one to help all just tell u something different every time u call and rude ….absolute shameful

@stephanieW199 @HM_Passport It’s awful my nephew couldn’t go to his wee boys football ….they have lost it and won’t admit it ..tried everything and everyone and there’s no one would help….he went to the passport office and was treated like a criminal by security…because he didn’t have an appointment.
