@jonpbaker They’re business model and competitive advantage are ant complete odds with this goal. While noble, this would require a re-architecture from the DNA up. Ability for local shops to respond to community needs.
Maybe they could do this via acquisition 🤷♂️
@JacobJaber Agreed - I heard Sean Feeney of grovehouse hospitality structured deals like this and the landlords ended making significantly more than anticipated.
the op co is adding significant value to the property but relies on the landlord to succeed. Deal structure should reflect this!
