- Hito: El ensayo FIND-CKD (NEJM, 2026) confirma que la Finerenona frena la pérdida del filtrado glomerular (eGFR) en pacientes con enfermedad renal crónica sin diabetes.
- Mayor beneficio: La Glomerulonefritis Crónica fue la causa primaria de ERC con el impacto positivo más claro y significativo (Diferencia de pendientes: 0.73).
- Mecanismo: El bloqueo no esteroideo frena la inflamación y la fibrosis directamente en el glomérulo.
Seguridad: El principal evento adverso a vigilar en la consulta es la hiperpotasemia (17.0%).
