@eircare I am currently paying for 12mb broadband and this is what i am getting. Upload capability is non existent and makes WFH impossible. Given the current circumstances this is completely unacceptable as it puts people at risk by having to return to the office

@conor_pope how can a company like EIR get away with such a shambolic service. Telling a Gvt Minister you will "improve" is not an acceptable response #eir#customerservice
@eircare does anyone actually work in your customer service? It is an absolute embarrassment. No one answers the phonelines, online chat is permanently down, social media personnel cannot provide any answers? This cannot be blamed on Covid as other providers can respond

@eircare I have tried three different EIR numbers on numerous occasions today but cannot connect to any of then, i had wanted to renew my contract but based on this unnacceptable level of service where i cannot even speak to someone i will be cancelling all my EIR services
@NoelRattigan@gergilroy Same was happening on TG4 during the league. TV stops the clock but ref lets it run and adds on as part of injury time. Needs sorting out
@nathanmurf Forgot the check but is the clock stopping during water break? It was on TG4 for the league but ref adds on the time as part of injury time....leads to confusion
