This is also an indication of the MASSIVE problem on Twitter these days. I posted this, and there were 3 fake accounts trying to phish data replying. I also got 2 spam emails phishing. There is so much spam/fake on Twitter, it's insane.

Hi @aircanada I've been on hold for a total of 3 hours today.
1hr - was helped, but later found out there was a problem.
2hr - waited an hour call dropped - back of the line, I go.
3hr - called again, waited a 90 minutes, they responded said they were going to check something and disappeared. No answer.
So, simple question: How is there not an option for either:
1. If you have an aeroplan number and you add it to a call, you get priority if the call drops or you call back same day. Especially with a flight in less than 48 hours.
2. How is there not an option for a call back?
I've wasted a whole day just on hold.

I'm to the point where I think we need to mandate a "stay in your car" rule in national parks in North America. Akin to African safari parks.
Of course, hiking trails and designated areas not included.
