So two weeks ago today, this happened, and I don’t think I’ve stopped smiling since 🤵🏼♂️👰🏼♀️ 💍
We had the best time ever at @Bellingh4m 🏰 - it was the perfect venue 😍 and @MarkBarnes2014 took the most amazing photos of our day too 🤩
For World Mental Health Day, we came together to highlight the importance of open and honest conversations.
Call Samaritans free on 116-123, explore https://t.co/nvrIybM7Ww, or visit our mental health drop-in service at The Arsenal Hub during home Premier League matchdays.
Another huge thank you to @Wendy_Wason for performing at the amazing Stand-Up for Integrated Education Comedy Night on 17 October.
An amazing £15,000 was raised to support the growth & development of Integrated Education!

Let’s analyse that “red card”.
Two laws might apply here: 1) showing dissent by kicking the ball away or 2) delaying the restart.
1) There is demonstrably no dissent from Rice. He flicks the ball gently, not angrily. There is no justification for a caution under this law.
2) The ball is rolling when Rice flicks it. For a restart to be taken, it must be dead. It was not. There is no restart to be taken at that point. The ball has moved a few inches. There is no delay to the restart. There is no justification under this law either.
Manc Chris Kavanagh has unilaterally chosen to send off Declan Rice without justification. He does so in a manner that distorts both the contest and the outcome of the game. The knock-on of this is that our midfield anchor is now unavailable for the NLD at WHL.
It is not the first time he has issued questionable decisions that disfavour Arsenal. We have now won only 50% of games Kavanagh has refereed. This man must never again be allowed to officiate an Arsenal game.
