Well, what a journey @Uplisting! What started as months of late-night and weekend work while we had other jobs, then years of a tough grind building this sustainable, bootstrapped company from scratch, resulted in an acquisition we could have only ever dreamed of.
Andy, Tadej and I started @uplisting in 2017. Since then, we've spoken to each other almost every single day. Aside from my wedding in 2017, we hadn’t been in the same room together until last summer when we caught up in Slovenia. What you can achieve online is mad, and I’m so grateful to these partners (and our significant others) for their grit, hard work, and unwavering belief in our goal.
Together with our brilliant, self-sufficient team, we’ve grown sustainably into one of the top software companies in our industry. In 2023, we processed a staggering $400m in bookings for customers. Few companies make it to this point, and we think we’ve done it the right way - on our own terms.

@AsiaOrangio came on board at around $15k MRR early 2020. @BreslinM powered the paid acquisition strategy from the very early days.
Both are still running the acquisition show for us a few hundred thousand MRR later.
They executed perfectly and grew ~500% to $3m ARR since then (I heard @AsiaOrangio was a huge help here). And while I was frankly trying to convince them to let me invest more in Uplisting, they got a life-changing exit offer
