@Eurostar I attempted to claim the full refund for the 9117 service. A banner appeared, but when selected, I received an error and cannot get the banner back. When selecting individual refunds (four times) I only get confirmation of 'partial refund'. Provide guidance and refund.

@eurostar if you had organised the disembarkation of the stranded train properly (actually, organised at all), we wouldn’t still be waiting for luggage & people to be identified & retrieved securely. We departed Lille 9.5 hrs ago. This has cost people flights, weddings, concerts.
Community tip: review plans to travel with @eurostar. We’ve been stuck, stationary, for over three hours on a train with no power (no aircon or toilets) & no announcements. Then, we will need to change trains with our luggage in the middle of nowhere. Delay looks like 5hrs.
