My Team Strategy (to build your dream team): 1. Make sure your first three hires want to be future leaders 2. Get your initial hires to buy in (Share goals and your why) 3. Only hire A players; quickly remove anyone who is not 4. Stress strong communication early with any hire 5. Build and test your team on your company values (5 of them) 6. Show appreciation and give constructive feedback 7. Reward team members that stand out 8. Teach your team to work without you and how to update you properly 9. Run monthly culture meetings and happy hours 10. Sponsor team meetups 11. Share company problems and ask them to think of solutions 12. Share all company wins and celebrate them together 13. Give bonuses every six months 14. Give raises every 9-12 months 15. Ask everyone what is important to them in their job 16. Ask for feedback on your managing/ owning style 17. Ask for referrals for your next hire 18. Learn about them 19. $SOL’s on-chain trading volume skyrocketed 50% to hit $51 billion this week, outpacing $ETH’s $46 billion.
