On Dec. 17, your agent confirmed in writing that my phone and internet service for a house I had sold in July were canceled. You kept billing me. When I contacted your offshore customer service they informed me that the charges were valid because I had not confirmed the cancellation in the chat. I have the transcript of the chat. WA AG complaint filed. Please have an escalation specialist contact me.
I would like to resolve this situation without resorting to additional third-party escalation paths.

2/2: The flight could not continue last night. AA found accommodations for the entire flight and provided meal vouchers. I saw the medical provider who led the intervention this morning as we boarded the plane to continue our flight. She was in a middle seat. That doc deserves free upgrades for life for the job she did.
The airport in Billings is small and it took a lot of scrambling to get people in to help the unexpected workload. Kudos to everyone involved in getting us all home today.

American Airlines did a fantastic job handling a life-threatening medical emergency on a flight from Philadelphia to Seattle on 9/16. They landed in Billings, MT so that the imperiled passenger could get to a hospital. 1/2

All we want is a credit for our flights in what was clearly an emergency situation. We're also happy to pay the change fees. If we receive no help, we're happy to use other travel sites and fly other airlines.
Is that not reasonable?

Father-in-law suffered a stroke last week and died last night. We were supposed to fly on Tuesday to Greece. We obviously could not make that trip. Had a chat with #expedia where the rep (AI?) said we could convert the tickets to a credit. 1/3

2/3 Another #Expedia agent told us we were not eligible for conversion to credit. We had trip insurance too, but were told tha a claim could only be filed if we cancelled our flight. Both spouse and I tried to cancel Flight from Expedia site: got errors.
Incredibly bad customer service from #CenturyLink. Refused to send a tech to my rental house despite my insistence that my renters cannot connect to the Internet. Told me that they reset the connection and everything works. Minute there's another option at the location, I'm done.
@ShalleePage Safety margin? We don’t need no safety margin. Expiration dates aren’t about safety. They’re about stock rotation. Seriously, the smell test has never failed me.
@CenturyLinkHelp My account had been disabled. I kept getting bounced from department to department before I learned there was a billing issue. I paid the bill. My Prism TV remains disabled.
Our cable's (CenturyLink Prism) has been out for a while. Called #CenturyLink support, who told us that we aren't Prism subscribers and have never been. In that case, I said, it would be nice if they could refund the money we've been paying them for three years. They suck.
@JoshMalina I keep imagining WW reboots. My latest one is President Ainsley Haines, the first woman president. Kate Harper is SecState. Sam Seaborn is CoS. Will Bailey is Speaker of the House.
Every time I see anyone--from FB to celebrity--urging people to vote, I imagine an asterisk, with the caveat, "Unless you're a Republican. In which case, get hit by a bus on the way to the polls. Even you, Grandma." #BlueWave#vote#TakeBackTheHouse
A sure way to drop abortion rates way down is to ensure that all women have easy access to cheap or free contraception.
