@Trinity_City Don't stay at this hotel. HORRID customer service. I couldn't arrive in March due to covid and they wont give me a refund at all. I've been waiting 7 months. Airline have refunded and so have other hotels in Ireland. NOT 4* service.

@hotelsdotcom NEVER USING AGAIN... customer service is shocking no one actually wants to help, always quoting textbook replies to me. Booked me the wrong hotel and now backtracking!
