@EJSMD @rdschaller @DrRoderickTung @annavarr The paper mentions using modified V1 and modified V6. Is this standard language or did they use a non-12 lead setup during the procedure? I have seen cath lab setups without a full 12-lead try to use other modified leads to mimic V1 and V6

@Hapa_EP I think I can make myself see this as a loop around the RIPV. I’m guessing that extreme fractionation spans the little jump you see in activation on the carina between RSPV and RIPV. Very interesting case though!

The noise looks suspicious for 50-60Hz EMI, shows up on V sense Amp, LV unipolar, and possibly A sense amp but it’s very gained down. It would be an atypical Riata failure based on this info
