Why would we pull away from the gate, start moving towards runway only to turn back around to the gate because a crew member timed out! Seriously #AmericanAirlines! The amount of delays this year are beyond frustrating! I understand weather, but this is simply unacceptable!

Since when did #AmericanAirlines stop helping executive platinum or anyone traveling anymore over the phone? Can’t change online as it says to call American and they won’t touch it! Worse service ever! Got accused of not wanting to do it! Seriously! If I could I would!
