👥 Around 20 clinicians and clinical researchers from several hospitals in Catalonia joined the Workshop on the analysis of transcriptomic, epigenomic and genomic data generated by the #iGenCO project for the diagnosis of patients with rare diseases (Solvathon) without diagnosis.

ISGlobal collaborated with TruDiagnostic in a study where we evaluated the effect of tobacco, alcohol, and marijuana on DNA methylation. We replicated previous studies where tobacco and alcohol lead to large effects while marijuana produces small effects at CpG sites.
