@aletheaocean Yeah it's not an easy decision...Even with digestion though you do have potential to pick up false positives with NR depending on what other stuff might be in your sample.

@WinnieCJ @aletheaocean It will quite variable depending on storage and the environment, it'll come off quickly if exposed to oil, alcohol etc. . It's also not the most photostable of fluorophores so photobleaching is a concern if exposed to light. We did some tests in a paper we submitted recently.
