An engineer, a world traveler and a anime watcher. And now I’m 31 😔 Decided to go back to school for a masters for some reason and just became a home owner!!!
@jacasiegel My husband picked the photo booth and DJ for our wedding because he cared so much about the music. We’re currently in the process of suing the company for our money back.
At the dentist for my husband’s dental surgery, can’t drive himself home after anesthesia, we get here 15 til 2, he has a 2 pm appt and theyre on lunch til 2 and won’t check him in until 2, tells us to sit and wait, fine. Someone else walks in 4 til 2 and they start working…
…saying she’s so rude, we’re not her baby sitter and stuff like that! (To be fair they did mention this is not the first issue with her insurance they’ve had) but like wtf?!? Why would you do that with people in the waiting room! This dentist has ready left a bad taste. 😒😒
…at the same time they’re having a ton of trouble with this other lady’s insurance. And they get to a point where the lady has to cancel her appointment, and she’s frustrated (with insurance, receptionist, probably both) and this receptionist is not very kind but neither have…
…been any kind of rude, just kind of short with one another so the lady walks outside to call her insurance company again, and the receptionists (there’s 3 now) start shit talking her!! With 2 other patients in the waiting room! We can all hear them!…
…my phone number. So she says, “we need u here in case something happens” oh ok, can I leave you my number? To call me? I plan to go around the corner. “You can, but you still can’t leave” so I roll my eyes and say out loud “that’s kinda dumb but I’ll wait”…
…I go up to the receptionist, I wanna know how long he’ll be, there’s a Starbucks across the street I wanna go grab something real quick if I have time. She tells me an hour, in my head I’m like cool, then tells me “you can’t leave”, excuse me?
Im like what do you mean? I’m getting hungry. She’s like “you can go next door” (a sit down brunch spot) but you can’t leave the parking lot. -mind you I just went through this with my mom and her colonoscopy 2 weeks ago and I ran to a Starbucks 1 mile away just fine, they had…
…with her. I’m like hello, we’re here first! She’s having insurance trouble and the other receptionist checks him in, takes him back 5 min later. Not once did they check if he had someone to take him home after, didn’t even address me. So I’m just sitting in the waiting room…
