Hit 2 new big PRs this week. 315 bench and 500 squat. Excited to keep working and getting better everyday for the season.

Congratulations to @brian__walker_ who has been named a team captain, recognizing the leadership he’s shown since the co-op began. From organizing and setting the tone in 7v7 to consistently holding the standard for the program, he’s been a steady presence for the team. As we move into summer and prepare for the fall season, Brian will continue to lead by example on and off the field, helping drive the program forward. We are also planning to add one more captain at some point this summer.

Had a great workout today. Hit a new 10 yard dash pr of 1.58, got up to 28.2 on seated vert jumps with a 12 pound vest. And then finished it off with 425x3 on SSB squats. @CoachShuffain @SharonFootball_ @Parsons_Sports

Had a great speed workout today, in the past month, my 10 yard dash times are down from mid 1.7s to low-mid 1.6s. Lowest time on the day was a 1.614

Dedham High announced today that it is entering a two-year co-op agreement with Sharon High in football. The team will play a Hockomock Davenport schedule in 2026 and TVL Small sked in 2027.
