@Mathgarden Instead of just handing out a list of identities to prove, how about you frame the problem in a different way that shows the usefulness of writing an expression in a different form; preferably in an application that is fun.
@azwildcat_9668@GM Sadly, I think you are correct. So disappointing, I really did expect at least mediocre customer service. What I’m getting is completely unacceptable from a huge company such as GM.
@GM I can’t believe this is the customer service experience you designed for loyal customers. I’m going to assume for the moment my current experience is a statistical outlier and not the norm. But, after 2 weeks of absolutely no progress, I’m beginning to have doubts.
Hypothetical: #Student doesn’t show up for #calculus#final, reason = “didn’t feel ready.” No details given when asked, just “was not ready.” All other students showed up for final at required day/time. Student requests make-up exam 2 days later. What do you do as the #teacher ?
@_haleyporter@UCF_Football Horrible play call at the end. You have 3 timeouts. Ball at midfield. They have been rushing 3 entire 4th quarter. Only need a field goal. RUN THE DAMN BALL!!!
You’re in for a treat. I captured #MarsHelicopter’s 3rd flight in #3D. Got red/blue glasses? Watch it rise and zoom off before returning to nail its landing.

@shskaercher I don’t want to choose, they both have value in different ways. But, if forced to choose at gun point (which is common in math debates 😂) I would choose method on the right.
@NativeMath That’s like saying biology education research is biology research. Not true. Math education research is education research. I personally don’t feel the need to group the two together. They are both very important fields of study.
