"I have said the system is down, can't you come back tomorrow? Eeh! or you don't understand?๐" The irony of superior customer experience. I believe we've all encountered this attitude before ๐
The territorial police at Nagalama have rescued 51 people from human trafficking.
Yesterday, 02/04/2025, at around 1000 hours, the police received information of people who were being conned in the form of recruiting them for jobs by AIM GLOBAL ALLIANCE, a networking company in the Naggalama division.
It's alleged that the victims are always conned in prejudice of giving them jobs, and each victim is told to come with 150000 (one hundred and fifty thousand) on reporting on the job, which it's alleged is for training.
After they pick the victim 's phone, they start recruiting their friends and also call the relatives to pay 1500000 (one million five hundred thousand) to buy their products, which they will sell and get more money.
They always promise victims that in the future they will reach a time when they will be earning at least 1,000,000 (one million), depending on the people you have recruited and the sales made.
The operation was done in different areas of Kalagi as follows:
Kakola village, Kyabakadde parish, Kyampisi sub-county, Mukono district: Males and 11 females, totaling 14 victims, were found sleeping in one room.
Kalagi village, Naggalama A ward , Nakifuma Naggalama town council Mukono district: 20 victims, 10 males and 10 females, all sleeping in a small single room.
Bbosa village, Kyabakadde parish, had 14 victims: 06 males and 08 females, all in one single room.
