@radscientist_ @tomkimmerer I’ve dropped a reaction RBF in an oil bath before and quite a bit of oil got into the flask. I transferred the contents to a larger RBF and ran the reaction anyways, it worked same as usual. It was a nitro reduction using SnCl2 in EtOH.

@TMS25720281 @Chemjobber True dat. Instead of cornichons and pearl onions I normally just have some diced dill pickles and diced sweet onion to add on top. The Krogers near me sell raclette cheese nowadays, used to be harder to find.

@Chemjobber My favorite thing to eat is raclette, which is literally just melted cheese on potatoes. I’ve got two electric raclette grills at home.
